The problem

Running outbound shouldn't require a stack of disconnected tools.

Most outbound teams juggle a sending platform, a separate verification service, a tracking tool, and spreadsheets to hold it together. Each tool adds setup time, another bill, and another place for things to break.

Typical setup today

  • Your SMTP provider
  • A sending platform
  • A verification tool
  • Tracking spreadsheets
  • Multiple bills

What it adds up to

  • More setup
  • More cost
  • More operational complexity

Bring your own SMTP

Keep your infrastructure. Simplify the workflow.

GQ CRM does not replace your SMTP — it sits on top of it. Connect the infrastructure you already use, then run the sending workflow from one place.

  • No migration of your sending infrastructure
  • Connection test before you save
  • Your SMTP bill stays with your SMTP provider

How it works

From your SMTP to a sent, tracked campaign

Four steps between signing up and your first tracked send.

1

Connect your SMTP

Create a project, enter your SMTP host and credentials, and run the built-in connection test. Encrypted before it's stored.

2

Add recipients and check them

Paste a list or upload a CSV. Built-in checks flag invalid formats, disposable domains, and duplicates — before anything is sent.

3

Create a sending task

Pick a template, set a per-task rate limit and retries, then start when you're ready. Pause and resume anytime.

4

Send, then see what happened

Per-recipient open/click tracking (Starter and above) and hard/soft bounce classification show who engaged.

What you get

Built around the outcome: controlled, tracked outbound email

Every feature below is part of the product today.

Control sending volume

Set per-task rate limits, pause and resume, and let automatic retries handle transient failures. Pace your outreach like outreach, not blasts.

Check recipients before send

Built-in checks flag invalid formats, disposable domains, and duplicates before they can damage your sender reputation.

See what happened after you send

Open and click tracking per recipient, not just per campaign. Bounces are classified hard and soft.

Build reusable email templates

Visual drag-and-drop or HTML editor, {{variables}} for personalization, and a built-in test send.

Keep outreach organized by project

Each project has its own SMTP, API key, templates, and sending history. Teams and roles keep agencies and clients separated.

Connect your existing workflow

A REST API with per-project API keys lets your own tools send through the same project SMTP.

Why GQ CRM

Built around the infrastructure you already own

A conceptual comparison — no need to replace your stack, just the parts that multiply.

Typical tool stack

  • SMTP provider
  • Sending platform
  • Verification tool
  • Separate tracking
  • Manual workflow glue
  • Multiple bills

Operational software, built to be reliable

Facts about how GQ CRM handles your infrastructure and data.

SMTP credentials encrypted

Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and decrypted only at send time.

Queue-based sending

Sending runs through a monitored queue with rate limits and automatic retries. Tasks pause safely if the queue is unavailable.

Workspace isolation

Teams, projects, API keys, and data are scoped per workspace — agencies keep clients separate.

Per-project API keys

Each project has its own key, stored hashed, with regeneration if it's ever exposed.

Recipient checks by design

Checks are manual by design — GQ CRM never silently skips or removes recipients. You decide what to send.

Multilingual UI

The interface is available in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do I need my own SMTP?+

Yes — that's the point. Connect Amazon SES, Mailgun, Gmail/Google Workspace, or any SMTP server. GQ CRM operates the workflow on top; we don't bundle or mark up your sending.

What exactly are the recipient checks?+

Before anything is sent, built-in checks flag invalid email formats, disposable domains, and duplicates. Checks are manual by design — you choose what to send.

What happens when I exceed my monthly email allowance?+

Sends are blocked once the monthly allowance is used up. One-time credit packs (3,000 / 10,000 / 100,000 emails) are applied automatically to cover overage.

Is GQ CRM a CRM?+

GQ CRM is an outbound email control plane — sending control, recipient checks, templates, tracking, and project organization. It's not another generic CRM.

Can my whole agency use it?+

Yes — teams and per-client projects are built in, with separate SMTP, templates, and sending history per client.

Do I need a credit card to start?+

No. Sign up with email or Google and start on the Free plan — no credit card required.

Is GQ CRM for spam?+

No. Our Terms of Service prohibit unsolicited bulk email. Outbound email rules differ by jurisdiction — make sure your sending complies with the rules that apply to you.
